 A newish creation the Sloppy Yohei! I was unhappy with every recipe for an Asian sloppy joe I could find so I created my own and honored a friend Yohei. Ground turkey (would prefer pork or chicken) carrots,onions, scallions, ginger,crushed pineapple, red peppers, sriracha and teriyaki sauce and topped with red cabbage in a steamed bun.
