The Coco’s turkey burger smothered with garlic spinach and covered with Swiss cheese on a thin roll with spicy ketchup. Served with baked fries.
Inspired my Mario batali a dish of Sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and sausage sautéed together in a wine sauce served over pasta topped with sardo cheese and a side salad.
