Today's apple roast pork has got to me one of the most aromatic dishes I've made all week, with the hints of taragon and rosemary playing off the scent of apple this dish can almost feed you with the smell alone.

To honor the constant silly threats of Thermo-nuclear war from Pyongyang today. I've changed the beer I use for the beef stew instead of Guinness I'm using "End of The World Wheat" which has more hints of chocolate and chili spices.
