A marinated and BBQ baked quarter chicken served with grilled Mac and cheese and a  house salad,

2 bratwurst with house made beer mustard and beer cooked sauerkraut with fennel, with mashed potatoes salad and bread.

A mixed greens salad topped with a middle eastern inspired chicken breast with oranges, fennel, cucumbers and a tatziki sauce. And something else not finalized.
