A Moroccan kebob made from minced turkey meat that has been spiced and mixed with fresh herbs. Served in a pita with lettuce and tomato and a with homemade tzatziki sauce with a side salad

Taking the Modern Greek version a step further, by introducing ground turkey that has been cooked with wine and spices layered with grilled eggplant and topped with a béchamel sauce served with house salad and bread.
